Description:
You want this absolutely beautiful handthrown bowl! Deep royal blue inside and rim, matte brown bottom. Holds 3 cups of soup, cereal, or snacks, is 5.5" wide, 3.75" high, and weighs 18oz. Fits your hands and spoons just right, and has excellent weight and balance!
Food-safe, lead-free, dishwasher and microwave safe (although treasured hand-made ceramic would probably appreciate hand-washing more.)
The matte surface of the bottom is from foam-brushing on red oxide, and feels great against your skin, while food and your spoons will slide right along the beautiful blue glaze inside.
Signed, dated 2013, and stamped on the base - the stamp has a tiny bit of blue glaze that doesn't show well in the pictures, but definitely adds to the appeal.
You want this bowl. Your friends will want it too, but they're going to have to get their own, aren't they?
